<< One of the Oldest Vineyards in Bordeaux & Was Part of the Property of Chateau Margaux>>
14 hectares of average-40-year-old vines which lies on an island in the middle of the Garonne estuary were part of the world-known Chateau Margaux's property back in 1855. This 2015 vintage represents the first vintage of this producer to be certified organic (BIO). An intense violet colour with pretty aromas of red berries. Flavors of blackcurrant & raspberry with herbaceous notes of wood & spice. This medium-bodied wine has a classic Bordeaux straight structure with a slight touch of vanilla in the lingering finish. Extremely charming & elegant!
